Job Overview
- The ideal candidate will be a high-powered individual with a persuasive leadership style and motivating management skills; experienced transformational growth leader with a passion for driving an Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE).
- Reporting to the VP Operations, The Sr Director of Operations will be responsible for the Wire and Cable products with manufacturing locations in Mexico, United Kingdom, and the United States. This role is instrumental in driving a more efficient and effective organization that enables the high performance of our Operations Team.
- The role focuses on developing a team and utilizing cutting edge technologies as well as leading and developing our Operations strategies. This role will partner with the leadership team across the business to drive a culture of learning, problem solving, and strong continuous improvement.
- This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
